"A little while ago I bought my first house. There was almost a bidding war which would have taken it out of my price range, but Zeenat avoided all that and got a firm agreement from the other agent that it would be sold to me. Since everything was new to me she spent as much time as I needed explaining everything that came up and making sure that all the paper work was in order.
I think the main reason of her success is that she treats you like her one and only client. Your concerns are her concerns, and she works incredibly hard and has a lot of experience to make things go smoothly and the way that you want. Emails and phone calls are answered very quickly and thoroughly you will never be left wondering what is happening.
The selling agent / seller stalled on getting some things fixed, so to keep everything on track, Zeenat took money out of her own commission to go into the closing costs. She said that me being happy with the buying process, and her reputation was worth more than the money.

We came in contact with Ms. Zeenat Husain by referral, when our daughter’ family were buying their first home in Milton. For mortgage, their lawyer referred them to Ms. Zeenat Husain who was then working as a mortgage Consultant. My Son in law, who was going thru the home buying process for the first time was impressed by her professional dealings. She arranged the mortgage loan for him at very good rates.
In 2014 we were again in the market--this time, looking for a bigger house to meet the increasing needs of a growing family. We hired MS Zeenat as our real estate agent to sell our house we were living in and to buy a bigger house that we would move into.
She sold our house much above the listed price and we got our new house $10-20,000 below the then market price. For us, it was a “Sell High, Buy Low deal.”
Not only that, to qualify for the mortgage on the new house, we had to sell our house first and to use the equity towards mortgage on the new house. For that, MS Zeenat negotiated same-day-closing with the purchaser of our house and the seller of our new house. Without this arrangement, one can imagine the hassle and expense of finding and moving to an interim accommodation.
